Define the Concept of Job Satisfaction
- A positive feeling about a job, resulting from an evaluation of its characteristics
- A person with high level of job satisfaction hold positive feelings about their job while, a person with a low level holds negative feelings
- Positive emotional state
- attitude which is the result from the appraisal of one's job experiences
- Engage positively with colleagues and superior, obey organizational rules and policies and working conditions
- Overall affective on the part of individuals towards their present work responsibilities
- Distinctly attitude towards their total job satisfaction
