  • Employees prefer jobs that allow them to use their skills and ablilities in performing the job because when the job does note pose enough of a challenge, it will create boredom
  • Jobs with moderate levels of challenge allow employees to view work as fun and interesting
  • People with a positive core self towards work tenf to have higher levels of job satisfaction
  • People who have positive core self evaluation, who believe in their inner worth and basic competence are more satisfied with their jobs than those with negative core self evaluation
Equalitable Rewards
  • Fair salary based on job demands, individual skilss level and market salary standard will result in job satisfaction
  • employees want are to work in a system that they perceive to be fair
  • Employees who are dissatified with their pay may not perform well in their jobs, may decreased motivation levels, poor quality of work and the company may experience increased turnover
Supportive Working Condition
  • Coducive working environment include clean and relatively moderm facilities with adequate, safe and well maintained tools and equipment
              example: An organization that provides a pantry, restroom and prayer rrom for the convenience of their employees will be able to increaces their employees' satisfaction level
