Main game ujian kereta ni teringat arwah ayah 🤧 dia yg bawak dan teman waktu amik ujian komputer sampai lah hbis ujian.. keluar je dari situ, buat² muka sedih arwah ayah ingat tak lulus. Tapi tak boleh tahan muka tu sebb happy.. terus salam ayah :') sebb seronok sangat² sama jugak dengan ibu balik² rumah buat muka sedih sampai ibu pun macam tak tau lah nak marah ke nak sedih masa tuh.. tapi ibu macam cakap lagi sekali lukus ke tidak? last² cakap terus lulus.. sampai ibu menangis sebb doakan anak dia berjaya amik ujian komputer.. berkat doa ibu ayah ❤ Ya Allah sungguh rindu padamu arwah ayah 😞 rindu suara ayah :'( Allahu Akbar 😔

DO NOT BLAME YOUR CUSTOMERS, BLAME THE SITUATIONS

l In the movie, Jerry is left with only one client “Rod Tidwell”, who has got an attitude problem, wants a 10 million dollar contract, opportunities to act in product commercials of famous brands but many do not consider him to be worthy enough for such a high valued contract. Rod keeps saying, “Show me the money”. He doesn’t worry about “Jerry’s” precarious situation and is concerned only about his financial problems, his family and his future. Every human wants to satisfy his own needs or desires. His goal is not to consume your product or service.

SHOW ‘EXPERIENCE’ TO CUSTOMERS, NOT PRODUCTS

l There are people who come to ‘watch’ the rugby game and some come to ‘experience’ the game. A product or service may fulfill needs, but the experiences fulfill desires. Experiences will remain in the audience’s(your customers) emotional memory, would help in retaining customer loyalty. In one of the scenes, Jerry asks Rod not to just play but provide a wonderful experience to the audience. Unless Rod enjoys playing, forgets himself in the game, he cannot provide a wonderful experience to his audience.

NO PAIN, NO GAIN

l Focusing on people than money may violate corporate interests as Jerry found out from his company. The company fired Jerry after hearing his plans - As the movie shows, this ‘Focusing on improving lives of people’ may appear counterintuitive in short-term(As Jerry struggles in his initial stint in the movie) but in the long run, it would bring loyal customers and sustainable business as the movie shows in the end.

l Jerry is faced with several Ethical dilemmas throught out the movie. The first beign how he initialy approaches his career as an agent. Prior to writing his mission statement and losing his job jerry was very unethical in how he worked for his clients.

l He always placed an emphasis on their careers over their personal well beign like how he dealt with his hospitalized client in the opening scene.
